Let there be for the purpose of custodial protection for value towards life, an end to war clause. Mankind has not the right to destroy any life, all laws and rights to warfare abolished.
2. NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT AND DESTRUCTION - NO WEAPONS ACT
Let there be for the purpose of civil intervention, immediate indefinite arrest to scientists, military personal, majors and world leaders who harbor nuclear active arsenals and reluctant to disarm and destroy them.
3. Free Health Care Optimum Towards All Citizens
Let there be for the purpose securing sustainable living, each Government shall incur the cost for each resident’s medical care and other medicinal provisions.
4. Free Education Optimum Towards All Citizens
Let there be for the purpose of evolutionary commitment, a mandate to enforce lifetime provision of higher education at no cost to all residents.
5. No Mining and Drilling - Destruction of Earth
Let there be for the purpose of being accountable with conscious a propitious halt towards all mining activities globally. All Civil and personal rights adjunct mining privileges towards mankind expunged.
7. Military Companies to be modified to Agricultural and rather other useful services
Let there be for the purpose of cordial resistance, eviction of all possibilities of war through modification of military definition ad root. Let there be for the purpose of civil evolution, obsoleting poor energy management by enforcing secured provision of continuous Electricity to all citizens at no cost to their persons.
